konky98 0
Hi there, I have the following problem. The computer we have in our sports club was donated by out previoius manager from the company he works for. It has the new ESET Smart Security 9 installed. However, the company password-protected it so I can't access the settings or uninstall it. I tried the official way of resetting the password but unfortunately there is no way to get the user password, or license key from the company the computer came from. Is there a way to reset the password without the license key or at very least uninstall the product without the user set password? ESET Moderators Peter Randziak 1,163 Posted April 12, 2017 ESET Moderators Share Posted April 12, 2017 Hello, in case you are unable to use the unlocker tool, you can manually uninstall the product by ESET Uninstaller as described in this KB article: http://support.eset.com/kb2289/?locale=en_US Regards, P.R.
