Idea: Move "More Tools" items into Tools
Reason: Moving "More Tools" items into Tools would simplify the process and make all Tools visible in a single pane. This would be a better way in accessing any of them within a single click without the need of clicking on a button called "More Tools"

Idea: Rename ESET Internet Security to ESET Smart Security

Reason: It would bring about uniformity in product range naming. For example Nod32 AV, ESET Smart Security, ESET Smart Security Premium - In my humble opinion EIS sounds out of place compared to ESS and ESSP. 

A typical infection vector is RDP nowadays. If attackers managed to log into your system with administrator permissions, they could disable or remove ESET and run malware, typically ransomware. In case of an incident you should avoid formatting the hard disk in case you want to investigate the issue and possibly restore encrypted files.
Without proper investigation, changing AVs will not make your system safer if you do not secure the attack vector.

What is making me worried is the image below, with updated information on the tested products.
NOTE: ESET has low detection compared to weaker products. what is happening with personal ESET?

I agree with nabeelmansoor's comment, it should have a better modern page like other product solutions, because virusrada it never left the beta, it should improve to have more visibility in the area of digital security. 

There should be a small cost to pay when upgrading to a higher-tier product (ESSP). Please contact your local ESET partner for more info about upgrading your license, if you have some questions.

I'd recommend renewing EIS now. There will be a campaign offering upgrade to ESSP so it's worth waiting a while if he  doesn't need Password manager or Disk encryption now.

ESET has higher expenses for ESSP than for EIS/EAV. Should the price be only a slightly higher than the price of the EIS license, ESET would lose money with every ESSP license sold which is something that vendors of commercial software cannot afford.

Appears to me Eset has priced EIS very low in Sir Lanka. 1850 LKR = $9.21 USD. EIS has never been offered that low in the U.S.
Current U.S. Eset web site price for EIS is $50 for a one year license. ESS price is $60.

Yes they will be added , you have the remaining time of the current license and the added renewed time over it but make sure to renew the same username

Remaining existing license days will only be added to a new Eset license if it is purchased directly from Eset's eStore web site, or the web site for the authorized Eset distributor for your specific country.
If an Eset license is purchased from an Internet retailer such as Amazon, Newegg, etc., remaining days for an existing license will not be added to the new license period.

Is it safe to upgrade to Windows 21H1? Or should I wait? Saw that it is available for me in Windows Update.
