how to do centrally exclusion in era 6.4 if i have my genuine software found in virus detection so how to exclude it in all pc.

Exclude the full path to the file(s) under Antivirus -> Basic -> Exclusions. Is the software in question detected? If so, under what name?

ok let me see in era but if i have radmin remote desktop software and its installed in different location  in 1 pc software installed in root drive , in 2nd pc software installed in d: drive so what i do in that case for exclusion.
