meisam 0 Posted July 2, 2016 Share Posted July 2, 2016 Dear friends; I'm in Mobile Software Service business.I have 5 PCs running windows 7 and 10 and have installed original eset smart security.It's almost a week after i do regular update and eset started deleting all .exe files related to my Mobile software while normal .exe files like .Net.exe files are intact. This is happening on all PCs and those files were not detected as virus before i do update my ESET smart security.Ofcourse i had to add some of installed application to exclusion list. meisam 0 Posted July 3, 2016 Author Share Posted July 3, 2016 It's happening to delete all exe files and giving : "Theart:AutoPlayStudio.A worm" cleaned by deleting.This way i have to find correct setting to stop this coz i've had same files on my PCs and Eset installed but it did not use to detect them as harmful threat. It even deleted my original "Internet Download manager".Please help Even Pause real time protection but it's still deletin evein zip files. Administrators Marcos 5,092 Posted July 3, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 3, 2016 Please download and run ESET Log Collector as per the instructions at hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3466/. Before collecting logs, also select "Recently quarantined files". Should the output archive be too large, decrease the age limit from 30 days to let's say 7 days and collect logs again.
