An internal error occurred during the activation process

I'm trying to activate my ESET Smart security and received the message "An internal error occurred during the activation process" Please contact customer care. Error code: ACT.32

 

Tried changing another internet connection but it still couldn't activate. Any idea or solutions for this issue?
