Administrators Marcos 4,704 Posted February 8, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 8, 2016 Threats should be resolved automatically if you run a scan using the in-depth scan profile with cleaning level set to "strict cleaning" (otherwise possible PUAs and viruses would require user intervention as they are not deleted automatically). ESET Staff MartinK 375 Posted February 10, 2016 ESET Staff Share Posted February 10, 2016 I need to clear old threat alerts, have so many ( 8147) that every time I try to access Threats menu I receive an error. This seems to be a performance problem. Could you please specify some HW/SW parameters of your database server (DB type, available RAM). As a workaround I would suggest to use more strict filter and clear old threats in smaller chunks.
