Delete PUP in ERA6.3

Hi

 

When a clients detects a PUP, it is not automatically deleted, and shows up in ERA as unresolved threats.

 

When pushing a full scan the computer, it is also not deleted as the actions should be selected after scan has completed. But the only way i can manage this computer is through ERA, so i never get to choose to delete them.

 

How can i delete these PUPs from ERA?

1, You can create a policy which will enforce strict cleaning for real-time protection and on-demand scanner profiles on clients.

2, To resolve threats, send an on-demand scan task from ERAS that will use the "in-depth" scanner profile and has the cleaning level set to "strict cleaning".
