ESET Endpoint Security 6 for OS X disabled by VPN

I have installed ESET Endpoint Security 6 for OS X (version 16.1.16.1). Everything working fine. But when I'm starting any VPN connection Endpoint Security is immediately disabled.

Also there is no possibility to reopen Eset when VPN connection is active.
