Endpoint Security Loses Activation

Hi,

 

bit of a strange issue.... 

 

Eset Endpoint Secuity 6.2.2033 is installed on several devices and managed by ERA6 running on my server.

 

My laptop works fine when on teh network but when away and therefore it cant see the ERA server it refuses to update and reports that teh product is not activated.  Once I return to teh network it works fine again without any action beingtaken to activate it.
