I decided to upgrade my ERA server from 6.1.444.0 to 6.2. The majority of my clients failed to upgrade including the ERA Server itself.  I contacted support and they said the upgrade task was "Hit or Miss" and I should follow this KB article hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3734/(I had to do this for last upgrade to 6.1.444.0).

I'm seeing these errors in the tracelog file on the ERA Server:

Has this happened to anyone else?

Error 20019 means that the connection to the repository was interrupted, ie. it was closed sooner than expected most likely when trying to read data from a TCP/IP stream over an already established connection. The connection could have been closed prematurely on either end. If you're continually getting this error, it's unlikely that the problem is on our part. One of our customers confirmed that it was caused by a problem with their ISP when they got this error.

Thanks for the explanation Marcos.

When doing an upgrade, would it download all of the upgrade components to the HTTP Proxy server?

Yes, it would. It's better to upgrade just one computer at first so that the update files are cached.
