Carl S 1
Using Windows 10 preview build 10074 here with ESS 9.0.111.0. When the computer starts, everything looks fine, but I notice in tray that ESET has little red triangle. When I open ESET, I see Is this a known problem or do I really need to reinstall? I've only just installed it.
ESET Insiders yeoldfart 92 Posted June 9, 2015 ESET Insiders Share Posted June 9, 2015 upgrade W10 to TP 10130 it should solve this issue as your W10 rls is very outdated
Carl S 1
Thanks for the tip. At first ESET would not install. I read on another thread here in the forum that Eset 9 only works on build 10074, so I switched to the slow build channel. That is the one that it updated to, and has not updated since. ESET installed correctly with 10074 installed, and I haven't had a new version installed. I just switched to fast channel and it's downloading 10130 now. ESET Insiders yeoldfart 92 Posted June 9, 2015 ESET Insiders Share Posted June 9, 2015 the thread you're talking about should have been actualized, my experience on TP 10130 withe a clean install of NOD 32 definetely works since the devs have added up to date windows drivers. good luck

Members RoidDroidVoid 0
Using the new installer on 10240 and the firewall fails to initialize. I uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled but that made no difference. It seems there is no difference from the 9.0.111 installer when it comes to the firewall. Any suggestions? Fully confirm, there is a problem! Even with the firewall disabled, ESET appears to be causing some issues with web access to xml structured files in some programs such a J River Media Center. It seems to occur with several internet locations. I'm trying to confirm this now. It could be some aspect of the web filtering engine. Still testing and reviewing logs. Anyone else having any similar issues? Anything to help me narrow down my research? Thanks
