How to migrate policy from ERA3 to ERA6

Upgraded my company's eset from smart security business editon 4 to endpoint security 6, but the policy from old era3 cannot be imported into new era6, need to manually create it on new era6? There is alot. Please advise. Thanks

V6 products use a brand new configuration system called Configuration engine which is not compatible with older products, however, it partially allows you to control v4 server products. What did you specifically configure in the policy as you wrote there's a lot of settings?
