Activating keep getting "can't reach activation servers" Error Code: ECP.3

Hello there, 

I can't activate ESET. It can't reach the servers.

I ran it as administrator, restarted the pc, nothing worked.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

If you are behind a firewall or connect through a proxy, make sure that connection to ESET servers is allowed.

If that's not the case, please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

I figured it out finally from other posts, it took me 3 days of struggling 🤦‍♂️.

For some reason Hosts file was changed and "edf.eset.com" was added.

Good Day.

So after successfully activation my system, after some time for some reason it crashed and restarted.

And now I'm getting this screen when starting,

 

Whatever option I choose I'm getting this error,

 

I tried shutting down the system and restarted several times but no change.

What could be the problem ?

Hi All,

I get  the same ECP.3 error code, and i tri to fix it with this (sadely there is no fix in this topic)  and other topics like this where i must  look in  C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts But this page was empty so that was also not the solution. 

And finaly i have connect another internet connection, but that was also not the solution.

I have download the esetlogcollector so i can sent my log.

Can someone Please help me!

Hi All,

I have great news because i have found the problem and it's working now! 

This was a problem i have create meself with port explorer when i toght that the IP adress ESET is using was something bad, so i blocked it on Port Explorer😂

That program i installed on the same date ESET was not enable to downloading his updates, so when i delete it ESET was working again 😅
