Modules update failed (network no problem)

I have tried to use different ISPs.

I still got the error message:

"Download interrupted by user"

 

It wastes me a lot of time to solve this issue but got nothing.

Eset is very poor on the Customer service. How can I refund?

It's some kind of connectivity problem between your machine and IPS or between your ISP and ESET's servers.

You can create logs but they will probably only confirm that the connection gets interrupted somewhere on the way.

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Run update and reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried two different ISPs. Still got the same error.

It is not feasible for me to install the log collector. This problem existed for more than half month. Is there another method to fix the problem?

Why Eset never response my request? I have paid for the license for many years. Eset is really bad customer services.

In a similar issue MY Solution per Marcos was .... Adv Setup/Update module/Profiles/ My profile - Updates/ Ask Before Downloading was Chk'd (not by me) ... so I got the -- Interrupted by User per Gold Flag in Sys Tray....

Just for fun, why not chk that....
