Thanks for your reply. I have tried two different ISPs. Still got the same error. It is not feasible for me to install the log collector. This problem existed for more than half month. Is there another method to fix the problem? Why Eset never response my request? I have paid for the license for many years. Eset is really bad customer services.

I have tried to use different ISPs. I still got the error message: "Download interrupted by user" It wastes me a lot of time to solve this issue but got nothing. Eset is very poor on the Customer service. How can I refund?
