Teleworking Company Users

Hi All.-

 

Maybe this questions has made it before, but how i can establish the same policy with my users in my internally network also when is on teleworking. In my scenario the internal policy is addressed by my Firewall Appliance, but when the users are outside to my company using the laptop the traffic are not passing by my Firewall. How ESET Endpoint can help me to control when this happen?
