gregz 0
My andoid phone was constantly freezing or having lags in response. I removed large apps one by one with no resolution until I removed Eset. I had the problem before and I solved the problem with a factory reset - but because I cant afford the downtime i went the route of app by app. Is there a generally recommended way to prevent this happening such as clearing the cache...? Thanks G

gregz 0
I have had to remove Eset so my phone would work...i assume I need to reload it to get my phone to freeze. But pray, how do i use my phone to get your desired logs if its frozen? With all due respect your request in context of the problem doesnt make sense? Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted March 3 Administrators Share Posted March 3 Our developers have not come across such issue yet even if another security software was installed concurrently. Since you were able to remove applications, I assume that the system didn't freeze completely. Is it only ESET Mobile Security that stops responding? Does the freeze occur right after installation or a bit later?
gregz 0
Good point. By toggling the on-off button one can eventually de-admin it. But it is exceedingly difficult to do. I havent resinstalled Eset and my phone is working fine now
