How to activate an Inspect on Client?

Hi,

I'm probably missing something, but how do I activate an inspect on the client?
ESET MSP shows 0/4 Trial License.
Protect&Inspect Cloud shows installation.
But i can't activate it within the protect cloud.
New task, "All Tasks", "Product Activation". select license, but there ist no inspect license....(and no filter)

what do i wrong?

Is the client reporting to ESET Inspect alright? Do you see it in the console?

Yes, i can see the installation at protect cloud and inspect cloud

I guess you have ordered a wrong product license since MSP Administrator is showing product "ESET Inspect" and not "ESET Inspect cloud".

There was a temporary glitch in EMA, which allowed setup of ESET Inspect Cloud instance with the "on premises license". Which will however not be shown inside the cloud platform. If you would have "ESET PROTECT Enterprise", there should not be any issue like this.
