Informatics 0 Posted September 26, 2022 Posted September 26, 2022 Hi, I'm probably missing something, but how do I activate an inspect on the client? ESET MSP shows 0/4 Trial License. Protect&Inspect Cloud shows installation. But i can't activate it within the protect cloud. New task, "All Tasks", "Product Activation". select license, but there ist no inspect license....(and no filter) what do i wrong? thanks

Administrators Solution Marcos 5,460 Posted September 27, 2022 Administrators Solution Posted September 27, 2022 I guess you have ordered a wrong product license since MSP Administrator is showing product "ESET Inspect" and not "ESET Inspect cloud".
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted October 12, 2022 ESET Staff Posted October 12, 2022 There was a temporary glitch in EMA, which allowed setup of ESET Inspect Cloud instance with the "on premises license". Which will however not be shown inside the cloud platform. If you would have "ESET PROTECT Enterprise", there should not be any issue like this.
