Hi, we use "static group created via synchronization with an ESET Business Account or ESET MSP Administrator" to manage our customers. Now wie went to install des Rogue Sensor over many customer. A fist glace shows 2 problems: - how can i filter MAC adresses: e.g sort out Cisco MACs - Filter like 'MAC doesn't contains aa:bb:cc' ? - how can i filter the reporting rogue sensor/parent group of the machine with RDS to display the customers. Hi, I'm probably missing something, but how do I activate an inspect on the client? ESET MSP shows 0/4 Trial License. Protect&Inspect Cloud shows installation. But i can't activate it within the protect cloud. New task, "All Tasks", "Product Activation". select license, but there ist no inspect license....(and no filter) what do i wrong? thanks

Hello Michalj, you are right. First step is to see outdated software/computer. There are tagged by end-user-name. Second step will be "automated" software update by group of end-user-name. (Sure i can see computers at the end-user-name groups and update, but i like to have an overwiev over all managed computer with outdated software)

Hi Marcos, thanks for your answer, but how can i filter "outdated" version at the dynamic group? I don't like to filter concrete version (like <9.1), because future versions doesn't match this.

Hi, is there any way to filter outdated AntiVir/FileSecurity installations? (outdated module doesn't work for this) Example: Actually many pcs have installed Endpoint Antivirus 9.0. (over different groups) Latest version is 9.1. But i can see it only under "Computer" - "concrete PC" - "Installed Applications" How can i build an dynamic group with this information? Thanks
