Need help with security alerts

I keep getting notifications that Webcam is non functional and Device Control is non functional.  I can't figure out how to fix these issues.

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reboot the machine and reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector.
  5. Open a support ticket and provide the generated archive.
