Error code 69 in ESET Endpoint Antivirus for linux when trying to scan

Hello,

I have just installed ESET Endpoint Antivirus on my Ubuntu server and after attempting to scan my system using the command 

/opt/eset/eea/bin/odscan --scan --profile="@In-depth scan" /home/

I get no response in the terminal and after viewing the processes ESET doesn't seem to be doing anything. I then check /var/log/syslog and it's being spammed with

Feb  7 08:04:54 server startd[47709]: ESET Endpoint Antivirus Error: Child process execd[48151] terminated with return code 69, restart in 60 seconds

How can I fix this?
