I am not prompted at anytime to enter my Master Password in ESET Password Manager. It prompts me on one of my laptops but not on the other one even when logging in, accessing my accounts, or any other application or program such as gmail. It was working properly when I installed it but recently, and after four online chat sessions with ESET techs, it just stopped working. I checked to see if any of my extensions were blocking it, but that was a dead end. It's the heart of the security system and without it I am unprotected. Has anyone had this issue or any suggestions.

I've asked developers to advise how to carry on troubleshooting the issue. Will keep you posted. If the support agent could not help resolve the issue, he or she should have raised a ticket for developers.
