Compatibility issue

Hi all!

I tried to contact tech support via Online form, but we never got assigned reference number or got any confirmation mail.

We have some compatibility issues which we would like to sort out, how do I proceed?

I would try to submit the form again.

If it fails / you won't receive any confirmation please contact you local ESET partner by phone or chat, if available...

I got this, no mail whatsoever :)

I know I can contact them but since I know it will be reported upstream I tried directly upstream :)image.png.a65f2d2eb9965adc3bd1b07e74de1d9f.png

so you filled in this form https://www.eset.com/si/podpora/kontakt-podpora/ and received no confirmation e-mail, right?

If so, send me a private message with copied content of the fields in that form, I will try to check it.
