Touchscreen intercept

Guest Sleepless

I just received a warning from my bank when I went to log in. I have never used this bank's app, so I do not know if this is a new problem. The screenshot I took says "we have detected an application running on your phone that is capable of intercepting your touchscreen's activity."

How does one deal with this?

Are you positive that the warning goes away after temporarily uninstalling ESET Mobile Security? If so, please sign up for the forum and re-post in the appropriate product forum. Also report the problem via the internal built-in form.

I've not uninstalled ESET. I never even considered that.

Marcos says to temporarily remove Eset and check if that warning goes away or is still present.

Uninstall temporarily and see if the issue still occurs. If it doesn't it hints towards Eset possibly part of the issue but if the problem still occurs eset isn't the issue
