Marek121 0 Posted June 17, 2020 Share Posted June 17, 2020 I have windows 10, installed eset eset endpoint antivirus version 7.2 (activated) check for available updates and a message pops up "Product upgrade failed the download has been aborted." Please provide logs for perusal as follows: - in the adv. setup -> Tools -> Diagnostics, enable advanced network protection and update engine logging - reproduce the issue - stop logging - collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
