CMD commands ping download.eset.com - Request timed out. What should you check

Please provide logs for perusal as follows: - in the adv. setup -> Tools -> Diagnostics, enable advanced network protection and update engine logging - reproduce the issue - stop logging - collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
