Product upgrade failed the download

I have windows 10, installed eset eset endpoint antivirus version 7.2 (activated)
check for available updates and a message pops up "Product upgrade failed
the download has been aborted."

CMD commands ping download.eset.com - Request timed out.

What should you check

We have not released any program updates for Endpoint yet. Please provide logs for perusal as follows:

- in the adv. setup -> Tools -> Diagnostics, enable advanced network protection and update engine logging
- reproduce the issue
- stop logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
