Tighten up Spam Filter on Mail Security

Last few days we are seeing a lot more spam get into user mailboxes.  It was a good chance for me to revisit who I was using for RBL and that helped, but I am still getting a lot of spam that seems pretty spammy.   

Back in the old mail security (maybe 5ish?) we used to be able to select how picky Mail Security was with spam.  Is there an option like that now, the settings seem pretty simplified, basically turn on the filtering or not.    

Anyone have some suggestions?
