how does one get a live customer support rep?

the links to support do not work on the website. so how do i get support?

i just installed windows 10 (upgrading from windows 7)  

tried to install eset.   had to get an updated installer.  tried again with that.

put in my purchased license from when i bought the program.

keep getting error message ....activation failed  code act 33  

clicked on EVERY link for support, can't get past the self help suggestions, which 

don't help at all.

about ready to chuck eset into the trash bin.

any suggestions or help here?

From previous posts such as the one I will link it seems like act 33 occurs when someone buys a license that is for a specific country and tries to activate in a different country 

@Marcos may be able to confirm if this is the case. I did find this contact form https://www.eset.com/me/support/contact-support/ Googling eset contact gave me contact emails but for my country UK but there should be some for yours available

Did you purchase the license from an authorized seller or from Amazon, ebay, etc.? Please provide your public license ID.
