ESET Phantom account is being used?

Goodday everyone,

I'm quite new to this forum, but I have a question.
Most of the time when I'm already on my computer, I get an email, saying that there has been a log in on my Phantom account, while im sitting on the computer.
I've ran ESET scans across my whole system, but nothing shows up.

Also, when I want to check and switch user, I don't see that my Phantom account is active.

Does anyone have any idea?

A short update,

I've checked some other people having issues with this, who said it could be because of Windows Updates.

I can cross that off the list, since it comes like 30 minutes after I started my computer

Just got off the phone with ESET Nederland and they said, it could be an accidental log on from the computer user.

I wanted to check out my.eset.com but I'll do that later since the site isn't available.
