Normally compatibility is added via a module update but in this case the changes in Chrome were substantial and required changes to be made to the program itself. You will have to wait until release 10.1.230 is publically released. Once it is released, your Eset installation will notify you that an update is available -or- auto apply the update depending on your current settings.
