Multiagent is overloaded. Some clients failed to report their status in the last hour. alert in ERA console.

Database: Microsoft SQL Server
ERA Version: V.6.5

i think you need to re-install eset and try but before do a complete scan

Please provide MDM trace.log, ideally after setting the logging verbosity to Debug or Trace via a MDM policy, restarting MDM and reproducing the issue.
