Hi hungtt,
I not an expert on GPO, but if I was you is better start on the KB, others here can help as well. :)

How do I deploy the ESET Remote Administrator Agent using a Group Policy Object (GPO)?

Hi

Just create 2 different GPOs, one for 32 bit and one for 64 bit.

Then apply wmi filtering to make sure the GPO only targets the correct computers

Add both agent_x64 and agent_x86 .msi files to shared folder (also with config.ini) . When applying policy, system verify architecture and choose the correct version of .msi installer.

Do not forget to uncheck Make this 32-bit X86 application available to Win64 machines option in Advanced settings of the package.
