Can not update via

Hi all,

I have been created policy update database virus on clients via Apache Http proxy.

But when client out of company.Client can not update because it not communicate with ERA server.I checked my policy has enable option "Use direct connection if proxy is not available".

Please help me check this.

HI Gonzalo,

I dit not create policy.It was default policy when client connect to ERA server via agent.

I mean that why feature USE DIRECT CONNECTION IF PROXY NOT AVAILABLE not working.

I would recommend to update Endpoint and ERA agent to the newest available version. If I recall it correctly, there were some issues in the older versions, but those were resolved in the newest builds.
