Propwash 0 Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Hi I have selected Anti Theft on my phone and it shows a green tick. But when I look on my My.eset.com Anti-Theft tab, only my tablet shows. Why is this? Also the phone version refuses to accept my password when I try to make a change, but the password works on my PC... Very strange Appreciate some help David
ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted February 27, 2017 ESET Staff Posted February 27, 2017 What application are you using? You have posted your post under the "Business" products. If you are using ESET Endpoint Security for Android, and not ESET Mobile Security, it won´t integrate with my.eset.com.
