Eset mail security replacing Eset Anti-virus

I have a question regarding mail security

I have a SBS 2011 server with ESET Nod32 anti-virus which has worked well for a number of years but my users are experiencing high amounts of spam if I install Eset mail security will this replace the A/V ?

If you want email protection in MS Exchange, you have to install ESET Mail Security for MS Exchange (EMSX). ESET File Security installed on a server basically protects only the file system.

Did you install EMSX 6.4 but users then started to receive a lot of spam?

Not sure what EMSX is but nod32 has been installed for years.

does email security work along side nod32 or do I have to uninstall it ?

You would have to uninstall it, as mail security includes standard nod32 + mail security features
