You would need to run ermm.exe either using powershell or another means according to

Unfortunately it is not possible to create a report with selected DNS server on clients. Perhaps running "ipconfig /all" with a redirection of the output to a log in a network share from the PROTECT console could work. Note that the task would be run in the local system account so the machine would need to have permissions to write to the share.

As personal devices within corporate networks make for a potentially combustible mix, a cavalier approach to BYOD security won’t cut it

Ani tento email ESET aktualne nedeteguje ako spam.

Now you have a Google Play license that you can use on up to 5 Android devices per Google's policy. After upgrade, you could use ESET on 3 devices in total, e.g. 1 on Android and 2 on Windows. Of course, after upgrade you could theoretically use it on up to 3 Android devices with no installation on Windows or Mac device but it would not be obviously worth the upgrade then.

Dobry den,
Dany email nie je aktualne vyhodnocovany ESET antispamom ako spam. -
I see now, you can upgrade the Google license to premium which will entitle you to install and use ESET on Android, Windows (ESET Internet Security) and MacOS on 3 devices in total.
The above offering comes from EMS v8. We're now in the process of rolling out v9.0 which provides new offerings for upgrade to ESET Home Security Essential and ESET Home Security Premium (with ESET Smart Security Premium for Windows).

As I wrote, I see only one 5-user license on files that you have bought recently.
It will be necessary to contact ESET Guatemala. For contact information, please visit https://www.eset.com/gt/soporte/contacto/.
-
Please contact your local ESET distributor for information about pricing and licensing.
-
There is only one 5-user license registered to mixxxxxxto@yahoo.com on files. If you are positive that you have paid for two 5-user licenses, please contact the distributor or reseller who sold the license.

A license for ESET Mobile Security doesn't entitle you to use ESET on Windows or MacOS. You can use it on up to 5 Android devices as permitted by Google.

Since the threat was detected and ESET prevented it from running, nothing was done to your computer. Also malware in an archive cannot do harm unless extracted and run undetected.

Similar problem. I had to disable web protection.
Please report the issue via a support ticket.

It appears that the default firewall rules applied via policies were corrupted and set incorrect values. Please remove all policies with firewall rules and re-create them from scratch. Let us know if it resolves the issue.

I was wrong, the licenses are registered to different email addresses:
3AC-SRC-KRA: maxxxxxxxto@yahoo.com
3A9-44T-KRB: mixxxxxxto@yahoo.comI've re-sent the license email for 3A9-44T-KRB to mixxxxxxto@yahoo.com. Please check the spam folder if you don't find the email in your inbox.
-
According to the receipt, the purchase was made for a 5-user license. If this is not correct, please contact the distributor or reseller from whom you purchased the license.
-
You can retrieve the license email via https://www.eset.com/int/support/lost-license/.

Strange. I am not getting any alert, but Eset Web Filtering is detecting and blocking it;
Time;URL;Status;Detection;Application;User;IP address;Hash
2/5/2024 9:22:22 AM;https://near.flyspecialline.com;Blocked;Internal blacklist;C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe;xxxxxxxx;2606:4700:3033::6815:4c11;ACC1CEC6D99C83F3D99BC4D0FEFC058D349CA731That's expected cause we've blacklisted the site with the JS malware that was detected.
Now the new malware JS/Agent.RJZ trojan is detected on the main page as shown above.

Exactly off is off and not force it. For example the update of windows server 2012 for example if you forced that it would have wrecked our environment. ESET should learn to in some cases those updates should not be allowed and that is why customers turn it off. Now it is like it is off but when we think it should be on it will be on.
This subforum and topic concern products for home users who do not use servers. As far as business products are concerned, an administrator sets up the auto-update policy as he or she likes with the option to set the highest version that the product is allowed to upgrade to. We do not force product updates on servers and in managed environment.

When setting the software to NOT do product updates don't force to do those updates it is annoying and wrecked our test setups and will wreck production.
It is possible to disable application feature updates in the advanced setup. This won't work for security and stability updates as well as when the product goes EOL and there's a risk that module updates for your product version will be terminated which would expose your computer at risk.

Did you create an installer with ESET Inspect Connector in ESET PROTECT and installed it on the machine?
