  1. See the engine version - 13535 from May 2016.
  2. I see "2017-09-25" in your log but today is Sept 26.
  3. I completely agree. Coin miners are bad if they are run on user's computer without his or her knowledge.
  4. What exactly is detected? The signature for JS/TrojanDownloader.Pegel.BH was already removed some time ago.
  5. There is no EEA 6.6 beta. Endpoint v6.6 was released some time ago. Please uninstall your current version and download and install the latest version available on ESET's download page.
  6. Please contact your local customer care. We haven't been reported any issue with the error that the ESET plug-in is not a valid Office plug-in. Beforehand I'd try uninstalling ESET and installing it from scratch (with Outlook not running).
  7. I can confirm that iosddl.net is not blocked by ESET, I've just tested it.
  8. No, it's not detected: https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/5b19d1b743dfc2528e8c9ddaed385445b90427640a096e7f91df8379efe19019/detection
  9. That was fixed about 17 hours ago. Since 2011, the detection hadn't triggered false positives only until recent changes in the AddThis widget script.
  10. You can temporarily disable notifications about LiveGrid via a policy -> User interface -> Application statuses. Remember to remove it later when you are ready to use LiveGrid. LiveGrid will enable: - quick response to new threats without waiting hours for detection engine update - better performance thanks to omitting popular files from scanning - better cleaning of malware, especially if detected running in memory
  11. Please contact your local customer care that should provide you with a logging version of the Outlook plug-in for further troubleshooting.
  12. There's currently no way for the scanner to distinguish between documents with and without a macro if the extension is same.
  13. I was able to open the website alright with ESET installed and updated.
  14. That won't help in this case because the detection is not recent but it was made in 2011. Anyways, we've temporarily removed the detection while the script is being reviewed.
  15. We will temporarily remove the detection soon until we investigate what code has started to trigger this old detection.
  16. The detection is from 2011. Something must have changed in the script that made it detected.
  17. I assume that you have HTTP scanning or protocol filtering disabled as well. Note that doing so exposes the computer to Internet-borne threats. As for suppressing notifications about malfunctioning Antiphishing protection, make sure that you have the following modules in ERA installed: Translation support module 1625 (20170906) Configuration module 1526.2 (20170811) With these modules, you should have 3 options to disable notifications related to Antiphishing protection in the Application statuses setup: paused, disabled, non-functional.
  18. If you open the main gui, what expiration date is displayed? Endpoint v6.4 is supported and cannot expire because a new version of the program is available. As for offline mirror and Endpoint 6.6, if you create a mirror with EPv6.6, the mirror will contain update files for both older and newer versions of ESET products.
  19. If you have received a license, it will most likely work for both PC and Mac. If not, please contact ESET LLC as that 1year protection card is a kind of special promotion in North America.
  20. What you are referring to is a stand-alone UEFI scanner. As already stated by Wolf Igmc4, it's not clear if it's offered also for home users . On the contrary, ESET's UEFI scanner is part of the AV and you don't pay any additional cost for it either.
