Unable to manually change ip on VMware Workstation

Hello,

I am running remote admin 6.3.148.0 on a VM for evaluation.

I am running into this single problem: I want my VM to stop getting random ip`s from DHCP. I followed this article: hxxp://help.eset.com/era_deploy_va/63/en-US/index.html?va_faq.htm

edited the required values, saved and rebooted. However, I keep getting the same DHCP assigned IP, regardless of what I wrote in the file. Am I missing something (I probably am..).
