after update window 8.1 to 10

I just recently upgrade my windows to 10 and my antivirus started sending a message about something kernel. I uninstalled nod but during the process some registries could not be accessed and skipped  them, reinstalled but said that the installation wasn't completed.

Did you perform a clean install of EAV v9 on Windows 10?
