Push installation failed

Hi,

 

I am having the issue with cannot push install Endpoint Security 6 from ERAS6 which there have no issue with push install remote agent and uninstall older AV. But it failed when install the ESET AV itself.

 

Please advise.

Are you able to install EES v6 locally? It this fails then there's no reason to troubleshoot remote install.

No any issue with local install. Just push install failed.

Could you please check the agent trace log C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\trace.log for more details about the install failure?

Have you resolved the above issue ? I am getting the same error on my clients Fresh installed server.
