Windows version 20h2 build 19042.631 I don't know exactly why the installer cannot run , an ESET staff can help more than me But I have a suggestion to upgrade your Windows 10 to more recent Windows 10 version because 20h2 is out of support. Quote Current status as of May 9, 2023 May 9, 2023, all editions of Windows 10, version 20H2 have reached end of servicing. The May 2023 security update, released on May 9, is the last update available for this version. Devices running this version will no longer receive monthly security and preview updates containing protections from the latest security threats. Administrators Marcos 5,082 Posted April 14 Administrators Share Posted April 14 Windows 10 20H2 required an update to add Azure code signing support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/kb5022661-windows-support-for-the-trusted-signing-formerly-azure-code-signing-program-4b505a31-fa1e-4ea6-85dd-6630229e8ef4. The update is probably no longer available because "Windows 10, version 20H2 reached the end of servicing on May 10, 2022" (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/announcements/windows-10-20h2-end-of-servicing?source=recommendations). Prior to downloading and installing the update, thoroughly read this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/september-30-2021-kb5005611-os-builds-19041-1266-19042-1266-and-19043-1266-preview-a37f5409-f320-4175-9a66-c2682fc11c07 and verify all prerequisites are met.
