what are these notifications?

I started getting them with the new version 17.1.9, every time the protocol is different, I don't know what or which want access?? if I don't allow I lose ping capability even though internet worked, as soon I disabled the firewall when the ping worked. I don't understand this freaking bugs.......

Most likely the operating system returns different paths for the process each time. Please raise a support ticket.

Also please collect log with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

Disable HTTP/3 protocol scanning and monitor if outbound firewall alerts disappear.
