Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 10 Administrators Share Posted October 10 Does sending email work? Does temporarily disabling Network traffic scanner make a difference? What error do you get in Outlook?
esetuser22222 0
THX for your comment. >Does sending email work? No, Emails stuck/wait in OUTLOOK OUTBOX >Does temporarily disabling Network traffic scanner make a difference? I can´t test - the PC is away. I will try to check next time. My a.m. Photo: Protocol Prüfung / Check sounds also to be related to the problem. >What error do you get in Outlook? Sorry - exact word not available. SEND/RECEIVE CHECK Function in Outlook was successful. But sending new mail or reply stuck/wait in Outbox. I observed this problem last year at a different Customer but with same Mailprovider called Strato. Perhaps that could be best Goal: I don´t need ESET SSL / TLS Security with Outlook. I only need ESET Attachment Check. Best Regards Edited October 11 by esetuser22222
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 11 Administrators Share Posted October 11 Since ESET does not process SMTP(S) communication, sending email messages should not be affected. If it is, the issue is most likely unrelated to ESET. Does disabling any of the protection modules or settings actually made a difference? If not, what about temporarily uninstalling ESET?
