ElliottW 0
Hi all, I'm running ESET Protect (On-Prem), on a completely standalone environment which has zero access to the internet. Everything is running fine apart from on the ESET PROTECT Dashboard where it's displaying "The ESET LiveGrid servers cannot be reached" on all of the devices. I've tried disabling LiveGrid, but that turns the yellow alerts into red critical alerts. Is there a way I can disable the "The ESET LiveGrid servers cannot be reached" alert as all my machines flagging up yellow with alerts makes it hard to spot genuine issues. Thanks all
ElliottW 0
Found it: "You can temporarily disable notifications about LiveGrid via a policy -> Notifications -> Application statuses"
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 2 Administrators Share Posted October 2 If the computers have access to a server which is connected to the Internet, I'd recommend using ESET Bridge that allows communication with ESET's servers while other communication is blocked.
