The problem with antivirus on linux mx

Hello everyone. On a Linux computer, Eset endpoint antivirus does not work. Agent is installed . Connects to Web Protect. When installing the antivirus part, a strange thing happens. It is not activated, it is not visible on the web, and after installing it, the Internet stops working. Pings are coming, but the network is blocked

What should I do? The license is there, paid for.  We use the product , but we can 't find help anywhere )
