unfortunately, after all the client versions upgrading to version 10.1.2046.0 the firewall module is blocking all the applications in the local network. currently clients are facing a dire situation regarding this upgrade.  could there be an urgent rollback or fix for the issue?

Same issue. No option ive found except for creating a good few rules allowing traffic to specific .exe's.

Please check if switching to the pre-release update channel helps:

https://forum.eset.com/topic/37021-how-to-roll-back-the-update-from-1012046-to-1002045

now those systems with Direct update from eset servers has no problem . But those networks that have mirror from EFS did not receive latest firewall update , They are still  1428 !

What should we do in mirror networks ( That EFS create mirror files )  ?

Please disable the mirror feature in EFSW and use the Mirror tool to create a mirror instead: https://help.eset.com/protect_install/10.1/en-US/mirror_tool_windows.html

You can run it as follows to create a mirror for Endpoint v10:
mirrortool --outputDirectory mirror --offlineLicenseFilename mirrorEES.lf --mirrorType=regular --intermediateUpdateDirectory temp --excludedProducts=ep4 ep5 ep6 ep7 ep8 ep9 era6

As for the offline license file (LF), you can create one via https://eba.eset.com.

Once you have created the mirror, change the path so that the mirror is created in the same folder as the mirror currently created by ESET Server Security.
