Hi dear When the antivirus console is upgraded to version 11.1.14.0, the agent connection of all systems is disconnected. As this problem has happened to many people, please provide a solution to fix this new problem

what should we do for mirror networks ? it seems that networks with Server Security Mirror have still the problem because they did not receive 1438.2 . -
now those systems with Direct update from eset servers has no problem . But those networks that have mirror from EFS did not receive latest firewall update , They are still 1428 ! What should we do in mirror networks ( That EFS create mirror files ) ?

unfortunately, after all the client versions upgrading to version 10.1.2046.0 the firewall module is blocking all the applications in the local network. currently clients are facing a dire situation regarding this upgrade. could there be an urgent rollback or fix for the issue?
