Estimados, buenas tardes. recurro a ustedes para solicitar ayuda con un tema. administro el cloud de eset en el cual desplegamos endpoint security y full disk encryption. con este ultimo tengo un inconveniente, se le distribuyo FDE a un ordenador de manera exitosa. luego el usuario cuando enciende la pc coloco varias veces de manera erronea la clave lo cual suspendio el usuario y en la opcion de recupero de contraseña no funciona, segui los pasos para poder generar todo de nuevo, pero en los detalles del usuario no puedo ya que dice que el disco necesita iniciar cifrado, cuando esto ya esta y de hecho en el inicio pide la password de encriptado. por ende no puedo entrar al sistema operativo y tampoco desde el cloud puedo solucionarlo. les adjunto imagen del detalle del ordenador y lo que sale. en donde dice cifrado inactivo deberia no estar y a la derecha dar opciones y ahi poder poner recupero de contraseña.
