Rule table rapidly expands at the moment with new rules for every update of Windows apps, Onedrive, Office ClicktoRun, Google apps etc. and I fear performance will degrade over time. Wildcard support in both Eset firewall and HIPS rules have been always responded to by the statement they will be addressed in future Eset releases since I have been using Eset which is close to 10 years.
