Removing free mobile ESET licence having added mobile to my 3 year premium account

Hi  have 4 device 3 year  Premium licence but only used 3 devices so added 4th (mobile cellphone)  which was already on a free ESET.   My account

Shows 2 licences Premium and free.  How do I remove the free one from the account as I no longer need it?  The instructions  on a Google post said go to three dots against licence and select 'remove licence' but that doesn't appear to exist.  Can anyone help?

The freemium license cannot be removed since it's basically perpetual and has no expiration. It remains associated with your Google account.
