Locked in Phantom Account while in window safe mode.

I was stupid, i booted my pc in safe mode so i can delete a software, when i needed to type user password to log in, for some reason i couldn't, so i just click on the eset phantom account on a whimp and now i'm conpletely stucked. I was wondering if my trial lincense is expired, would Anti Thief disappear? So i can log in normally. If not, then i don't what to do, please help.

Did you really enable Anti-Theft on the machine? Asking since there's no device at https://anti-theft.eset.com/devices associated with your ESET HOME account blXXXXXXXXXXX96@gmail.com.
